With over 17 years of experience in personal training, I am a NASM-certified personal trainer in Los Angeles with a degree in Kinesiology and multiple advanced certifications. I work with clients throughout Los Angeles and at a private personal training studio in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), specializing in strength training, corrective exercise, mobility, and long-term health. I primarily help adults aged 40+ build strength, reduce pain, lose fat, and stay active through customized training programs designed for sustainable results. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher of Health Sciences (Sports Medicine and Medical Terminology), bringing a strong foundation in exercise science, injury prevention, and human movement. My approach combines science-based training with personalized coaching to help you make daily progress and become a stronger, healthier version of “you.”
